- We expect to work with governmental agencies to help us incentivize the creation of community wind farms and offer favorable tax breaks. Further, we intend to use tax equity financing arrangements in order to monetize the value generated by production tax credits and accelerated tax depreciation that are available to us as a wind energy generator.

We will continue to strive to attract, train and retain the most talented people in the industry. As we continue to grow our business, we will need to attract, train and retain additional employees. We believe that our management team will be instrumental in attracting new and experienced talent, such as engineers, developers and meteorology experts. We plan to provide extensive training and we believe that we offer an attractive employment opportunity in the markets in which we operate. Gamesa
Gamesa is in business of manufacturing wind turbines, in 1995 Gamesa initiated its activity as a developer of wind farms, with Wind farms Development and Sales Unit catering for all the tasks related to the development of projects for the generation of electricity from wind. The first projects developed by Gamesa in Spain date back to 1996 in Aragon (La Plana III wind farm) and to 1997 in Galicia (Coriscada wind farm) and have been followed, without interruption, by others in these same Autonomous Communities, as well as in those of Castilla y León, Castilla-La Mancha and Andalucia.
Furthermore, in around 1999, the first projects were initiated on wind power installations in other countries outside Spain, and it was in 2000 that the international development of Gamesa became more firmly consolidated through projects in Portugal, Italy, France, Greece, Germany, United States or China, amongst others.
Gamesa is one of the main wind turbine manufacturers worldwide and leader in Spain in the sector of the manufacture, sale and installation of wind turbines. In 2007, it was ranked third worldwide in wind turbines supplied, with more than 13,000 MW installed and with a market share of more than 15,4% (BTM Consult ApS).
Gamesa has its own extensive design and technological development capability for wind turbines, as well as the largest integral production capacity, comprising the manufacturing of blades, root joints, blade moulds, gearboxes, generators, converters and towers, besides assembling the wind turbines (32 manufacturing facilities).
Gamesa offers a wide product range with two platforms of a respective rated power of 850 KW and 2.0 MW which include several models. The main characteristics of Gamesa's wind turbines are their robustness, adaptability, reliability and maximum performance on all types of sites and in all types of winds.
Gamesa offers under 2.0MW three different turbines 1. Gamesa G80-2.0 MW which caters for Maximum unit power with excellent performance for high winds, 2. Gamesa G87-2.0 MW which caters for Maximum output at minimum cost per kWh for medium wind sites, 3. Gamesa G90-2.0 MW which caters for Maximum output at minimum cost per kWh for low wind sites.
